21 Step Pest Control Treatment Procedure

Initial Cleanout

1) 57-Point bug audit and inspection

2) Remove switch plates and electrical outlets in kitchens and bathrooms applying dust or bait. ( May need to treat other outlets in house if an issue arises).

3) Pull back plumbing covers in showers and under sinks, and treat with a dust or bait.

4) Drill and treat kick plate voids under kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities with a bait or dust.

5) Treat crawl spaces.

6) Remove spider webs , insect bodies and rodent droppings in basement.

7) Set up monitoring devices .

Interior Treatment

8) Treat crack and crevices in kitchens, bathrooms cabinets.

9) Treat under and around refrigerators, stove, dishwasher, washer,dryer, hot water heater, and boiler.

10) Treat around garage doors

11) Look for rodent droppings

12) Look for new termite mud tubes and wings from swarmer termites in basement and garage.

13) Check for carpenter ants.

Exterior Treatment

(Weather permitting )

14) Treat around all doors and windows.

15) Treat around garbage cans, woodpiles and under decks.

16) Spread a four foot band of granular around house. (Never on cement)

17) Check trees for carpenter ants.

18) Check for new termite mud tubes or wings from termites

19) Check rodents stations (if any) replace bait as needed.

20) Go through check list with homeowner, have them sign work order sheet.

21) Treat under siding of house.
